Property prices surge in three Coast school catchments
THREE Sunshine Coast school catchments have been named among the 10 highest in the state for property price growth. The Sunshine Beach High School catchment recorded the highest price growth in area primary school catchment in the “greater Brisbane” area at 19.1% , according to Domain.
The Coolum State High School area catchment was sixth at 10.2% growth on the same list, which also included catchments for Sunnybank, Merrimac, Brisbane, Stretton, Elanora, Indooropilly, Redcliffe and Kenmore state high schools. The Sunshine Beach State School catchment recorded the eighth highest price growth in primary school catchments in the “greater Brisbane” area, according to Domain. The median price in the Sunshine Beach High catchment rose from $705,000 to $840,000 in the 12 months to October last year, according to Domain. Click here to read
