Historic Brougham Street Geelong building to add eight floors of offices
THE distinctive brick fabric of one of Geelong’s famous wool store properties would be retained under a new 12-storey development for the site. Proponents have released the first image of the project at 20 Brougham St, which will be called Denny Lascelles Tower after the pioneering agricultural firm.
Techne Montgomery Developments have revealed the building would offer eight levels of offices, ground floor lobby and retail offering and three levels of car parking. There would be 150 car parks, 100 bike parks, luxurious “end of trip” facilities and a stunning rooftop terrace. Click here to read further.
