Gday Chris, thanks for your email. Yes, all progressing well. The property is due to be completed this month, I called the property manager you recommended, and I’ve already secured a tenant at $345 per week (up from your initial projection of $310). The valuations in the area are also up substantially. The property that I purchased at $312,500 after the cashback would be closer to $400,000 now. Not bad for 8 months.
